7/18 and 7/21 maintenance

7/18

WC 61 Verizon connection was reset because of a Verizon update. Modem was moved to the top of the WC (under the cover) to improve service. TeamViewer was also having some problems activating on the on-board computer. We opened Task Manager and looked at the 'Processes' tab and saw that there were several TeamViewer executable? (.exe) processes running, so we 'killed' them all and restarted TeamViewer. This seemed to do the trick. Overall, maintenance took place from around 12:45pm to around 2:10pm.

7/21

WC 61 was not scanning (probably because the internal temperature was around 124 degs) and the internet connection wasn't working for some reason. We shut it down and restarted a few minutes later and it seems to be working now. Maintenance took place around 12:15pm to around 12:45pm and again around 2pm for a few minutes.

WC 68 wasn't scanning and we weren't able to use the remote desktop connection, so we did a hard shut down and it started working upon restarting. We are not sure what the problem was as we couldn't get into the WC on-board computer before the hard shut down, but we assume it had something to do with the high temperatures. Maintenance took place around 1:20pm to around 1:40pm.
