WC68 operating at Skywatch

WC68 is operating again at SEEC Skywatch!

According to http://skywatch.colorado.edu/ , the location is 40.01 N105.24 W, elevation 1600m exactly.  Google Earth suggests  40° 0'39.06"N, 105°14'31.76"W, 1602 m.

After rediscovering that its IP address is *.199 (use :1266), we were able to connect and download data from the fall deployment. Unfortunately the drive filled up, so only data from 15 Aug to 28 Oct were recorded. They're now available on breeze in /data/fielddata/Skywatch (along with a README file) for Bryan Curtis in Peter Blanken's group to investigate measurements during precip conditions, specifically a 0.65 inch rainfall event occurring on September 5 and a snowfall event occurring on October 14

The drive is down to 23% full, so it should be cleaned off again before the beginning of March.

Before future deployments to a northern Colorado wind farm, a natural gas facility in Eastern Colorado, or to Niwot Ridge, we need to figure out why TeamViewer on WC68 is "dead" and solve the modem issues for both it and WC49. WC49 is quietly waiting in the lab.
